Due to the made-to-order nature of our WWE lamps, all sales are final once an order has been placed. Production and material preparation begin shortly after checkout, meaning we do not offer cancellations, refunds, or order changes after an order is submitted. Please carefully review your order details before completing your purchase.

If your lamp arrives broken or damaged, customers may qualify for a replacement under our warranty policy. To be eligible, customers must:

• Have purchased the warranty option at checkout
• Contact us within 30 days of delivery
• Provide clear photo or video proof of the damage or defect

Once reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement or appropriate solution.
